Tony had clearly kept his finger on the market pulse as, within a day of telling him that I was thinking of taking a conventional sales route, he suggested that if I went off market he might have an interested contact. Two days later a good offer was accepted. I would certainly place Tony Lawson at the head of a list of agents if ever I decide to sell again.
